Spring Layers
Dressing for spring is never as simple you might think. Just as you’ve stowed away your winter coats for the season, the British weather will come back at you with a storm! Dressing for the seasonal shift presents a challenge as March, April, and May are some of the most temperamental months – so it’s best to be prepared. The key is to develop a transitional wardrobe: a collection of lightweight pieces styled just as well for chilly end-of-winter days as they can come summer.
We’re big fans of timeless pieces you can wear again and again: a lightweight mac, a leather biker, and a pretty patterned dress. However, some new players are thrown in the mix, too – versatile, easy-to-layer items you should get acquainted with, like the shacket, a padded gilet, and a featherlight kimono. If in doubt, there are two things that will see you through all situations – a good coat, and a substantial basket or bag. Our lovely buyer Claire has modeled some of our best-loved looks that’ll see you through the next few months and beyond. Scroll down for a preview!
Features Odd Molly, Neirami, Rino & Pelle, and One Hundred Stars.
