LONG BARN CAFÉ
We offer a variety of hearty and flavoursome dishes that change throughout the year. Our focus is on simplicity, freshness, and high-quality seasonal ingredients.
We serve breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee and cake on weekdays, and brunch on weekends. For the little ones, we have a special menu just for them.
We offer both indoor and outdoor seating options, with the latter providing a picturesque view over our lavender garden during the warmer seasons. The café has a uniquely rustic feel, with simple decor that celebrates nature and the surrounding Hampshire countryside.
Please note that we do not take bookings. However, rest assured that upon your arrival, we will welcome you and seat you as promptly as possible. Our friendly and helpful café team endeavours to keep wait times brief, ensuring you have a delightful dining experience with us.
“ Meet up here about once a month with my girlies. Great food, which reflects the seasons. Something for everyone and very pleasant and helpful staff ”
” The cafe is a great draw at any time of the year “
” I couldn’t recommend the carrot cake more; it was amazing! “
“The cafe is lovely. Bustling and quietly busy. The young lady that took us to our table and our order was so helpful and even laughed at our indecisiveness. The young man who brought our drinks and scones passed the time of day with us too. Little things like this make a huge difference towards your experience of an establishment. The Long Barn either got lucky hiring staff or their training is spot on.”
“Long Barn attracts many locals offering a warm welcome with breakfast. The cafe-barn has been refurbished to a high standard with lots of natural light, hanging plants and a trendy rustic wooden look. Breakfast and coffee were both good. “
” Coffee and patisserie were excellent, and the cafe had both indoor and outdoor seating and although it was quite popular, we didn’t have to wait long to be seated and there were plenty of tables. The staff were friendly and efficient and the prices quite reasonable. “
” A quirky and interesting little garden centre with a nice café.“
