Online and In-store Details
In-store: Sign up with a member of our team and you’ll receive a physical Friends loyalty card on the spot.
Online: You won’t receive a card, but you’ll be emailed exclusive offer codes each month. You’ll also get a welcome email right away so you can start shopping this month’s offers online immediately.
Visiting us in-store after signing up online?
No problem – we can find your account using your postcode, and you’ll be able to redeem offers in-store too. Just note that it may take up to 48 hours for your account to be processed for in-store use.
