Welcome to the Long Barn Friends Club (“FOLB”) operated by Long Barn Winchester Ltd (“Long Barn,” “we,” or “us”) in the United Kingdom. Please read carefully and understand the following terms and conditions. By enrolling in and participating in the club, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Participation

a. All members of the FOLB must be residents of the United Kingdom and be at least 16 years of age.

b. When joining FOLB, you will be requested to provide a valid email address. Please note that this is not a mandatory obligation, and you retain the option to opt out at any time. It is your responsibility to keep Long Barn updated on your email address changes. We are not liable for any loss of benefits or rewards (as defined below in clause 3(a)) due to outdated contact information.

c. Each member is entitled to only one membership account. Long Barn reserves the right to decline, merge, or close additional accounts at its discretion.

d. Your membership is intended for personal use only. We may, at our sole discretion, reject applications, terminate memberships, or cancel benefits at any time.

e. The FOLB membership, account, membership benefits, and giveaways, in any form, are issued by and remain the property of Long Barn.

f. The FOLB membership and its benefits are valid for use within the UK or when participating in shopping in-store at Long Barn Winchester Ltd in Alresford (NOT online at www.longbarn.co.uk).

2. Usage

a. As a Friends of Long Barn Loyalty Club member, you will receive monthly discounts and exclusive giveaways.

b. Membership benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

c. You must present your FOLB membership details or reference your account when availing membership benefits.

3. Monthly Discounts, Giveaways, and Free Gifts

a. FOLB members are eligible for monthly discounts, which will be communicated through our promotional materials.

b. Members may participate in exclusive giveaways announced by Long Barn from time to time. Rules and eligibility criteria for giveaways will be provided with each giveaway promotion.

4. Termination and Expiry

a. Long Barn reserves the right to terminate or modify the FOLB membership at any time, with or without notice.

b. Any changes or modifications to the membership or its terms will be communicated through our promotional materials or website.

5. Modification and Termination

The membership terms and conditions, member benefits, and giveaway rules may be subject to change at any time.

6. Personal Information and Marketing

a. If you have opted in to receive email communications from us, we will use your email and personal information for membership management and to communicate with you regarding your membership benefits, discounts, giveaways, and free gifts. We will periodically contact you with marketing materials, updates on products, promotions, special offers, and general information related to Long Barn. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in marketing emails.

We will not pass on your personal information to any third party with the intention of email marketing outside of Long Barn at any time.

7. General

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
