Kadais have been used across Rajasthan for centuries as a traditional cooking bowl. However, with a few tweaks, they have been adapted for modern entertaining and could become a centrepiece of relaxation and culinary experimentation in your garden.
The basic Kadai (the bowl itself) comes with two stands – a tall one for barbecuing at a comfortable height and a low one for using the Kadai as a fire bowl.
Once you have the basic set, you can add all exciting and affordable accessories.
