A signature is normally requested on delivery.

You may ask for delivery to be made to a different address or to be left without signature at your own risk.

Bespoke items such as wreaths are made to order and delivery costs and timescales will be available at the time of order.

We hope that you will be delighted with our products. If you need to return any item then please inform us by email or post within 7 days of receiving of your order, clearly stating the reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or refund. You will need to return the item within 28 days to Mail Order Returns, Long Barn, The Old Sheep Fair, Bishops Sutton Road, Alresford SO24 9EJ.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage and relevant insurance for the return as unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility in the event of its loss in the post.

We will refund or exchange the product within 30 days of its receipt at Long Barn.
